Hi, thanks for visiting my new website and welcome to my new blog. I'm going to be adding new content regularly covering all things health, fitness, nutrition and strength & conditioning.

Along-side the new website, myself and nutritionist Kate Llewellyn-Waters have released a podcast called Fit As F**k. We chat through a host of different subjects from intermittent fasting to gut health and fat loss training. It's available wherever you get your podcast or simply follow the links on my website. You may have seen that I now have a few products available to purchase in the online store. It ranges from the complete training and nutrition program I wrote and implemented with Ben Shephard during his Men’s Health ‘Celebrity 6-Pack Challenge’. I’ll also be adding more and more training ebooks to the store so make sure you check back in and keep an eye out for when they are released.
